Joining TTJ in 1989, Chris is now the second generation president of TTJ. Starting with Novell certification in 1992, he later received Microsoft certification, Limited Energy Certification, General Contractor license, SonicWALL firewall certification and Vertical and Cisco Communications phone system certifications. He has expanded the company’s networking emphasis to now include Managed Services, covering all aspects of the business networks today as well as IP security camera systems with analytics. Having formed a strategic alliance with major hardware vendors, Chris has lead the TTJ technical staff, providing extraordinary expert service to local and national businesses. Continued training, vendor seminars and industry research along with involvement with a national peer group allows him to keep informed of the latest technology and Best Practices to better serve customers as an IT Consultant. In his spare time Chris provides audio engineering at all types of venues.

Having worked for TTJ since husband Don started the company in 1980, Barbara’s primary responsibility now involves bookkeeping, particularly AP and payroll. She also provides support assistance for many “extras” within the company to insure needs are met involving both the staff and customers. As a QuickBooks Pro Advisor, she can offer bookkeeping support. In her spare time she enjoys reading, cross-stitch, and playing the piano.

Amber is the newest addition to the TTJ team. She started as the administrative assistant in January of 2014 after several years of being a stay-at-home mother of four. She is responsible for customer service, answering phones, helping walk-in customers, creating/processing quotes, invoicing, collections, receiving payments and products, dispatch, scheduling, shipping and more. Previously to TTJ, she was the volunteer music administrator/coordinator for her church. Her hobbies and interests include mostly things with strings. She spends her week-ends singing, playing guitar, bass, and violin at church and with her family. She is also a self-taught crochet ninja and enjoys constructing just about anything from yarn.
Joining TTJ in 2007, John has extensive experience with the U.S. Air Force and private sector in IT operations and network administration. He holds a Master’s Degree in Management, is a Microsoft professional with multiple certifications and is a Sonicwall certified system administrator. As TTJ’s Senior Network Engineer he ensures our clients’ networks are configured for efficiency, stability and disaster recovery. John’s personal program of continued professional education ensures he is on the forefront of new technologies and emerging threats. And, his ability to communicate in non-technical terms and enthusiasm for challenges makes him a great asset to the company. In his spare time John enjoys the esoteric musings of Brian Greene and Geoffrey Budworth.

Frank joined TTJ in March of 2012, bringing with him many years of working with different cultures and peoples overseas in the military. Frank’s broad experience in network operating systems and end-user support enables him to quickly diagnose and resolve a wide spectrum of problems. Additionally, his gentile southern hospitality ingratiates himself with our clients and creates productive, collegial relationships. Frank likes to spend his free time volunteering with a local exotic bird rescue as well as doing some component level electronics repair.
