Chris Cummings – Joining TTJ in 1989, Chris is now second generation president of TTJ.  Starting with Novell certification in 1992, he later received Limited Energy Certification, General Contractor license, SonicWALL firewall certification and Vertical Communications phone system certification. He has expanded the company’s networking emphasis to now include Managed Services, covering all aspects of the business networks today. Having formed a strategic alliance with major hardware vendors, Chris has lead the TTJ technical staff,  providing extraordinary expert service to local and national businesses.  Continued training, vendor seminars and industry research allows him to keep informed of the latest technology to better serve customers as an IT Advisor.

Barbara Cummings – Working as the receptionist and administrative assistant, Barbara also is responsible for bookkeeping, order management and shipping/receiving. She provides support assistance for many “extras” within the company to help ensure the customer’s needs are met and technical staff has resources.  She has worked alongside Don, her husband, from the beginning of the company.

John Thomas – Joining TTJ in the spring of 2007, John has extensive experience in the military and in many types of network environments as well as certification in Microsoft, Cisco, and SonicWALL.  As TTJ’s Senior Network Engineer, he ensures all aspects of the customer’s network continues to function properly.  John’s ability to communicate “non-geek” to the customer and his enthusiasm for challenges makes him a great asset to the company. Continued training and industry research allows him to keep informed of the latest technology to better serve customers.

Jim Schorr – During the fall of 2009 Jim became TTJ’s newest team addition as Shop Technician. For many years prior to coming to TTJ Jim has been providing computer support on desktops, laptops and small network systems. His former experiences also include facilities management, maintenance and remodeling. Daily, Jim provides shop customer service for home and small business users and technical service for new computer/upgrades, troubleshooting, virus removal, data restoration, etc. With attention to the technical details Jim communicates the issues in understandable terms and assists people with making informed computer decisions. Jim’s desire is to help people mitigate every-day threats and sites that can compromise their computers.
